Ledgecreek Farm
Farm Overview
Founded in 2019 by Brian and Kristin in the quiet town of Union, CT, Ledgecreek Farm is a family-run sanctuary built on love, learning, and the simple joys of farm life. Kristin’s deep roots in agriculture began on her childhood chicken farm in Ashford, CT, where she gained a deep respect for animals and the dedication farming requires.
At Ledgecreek Farm, we do more than care for animals—we educate, connect, and create. From handcrafted alpaca fiber goods made from our own herd, to educational meet-and-greets, to attending over 20 events a year, our mission is to bring people closer to these gentle creatures and share the magic they bring to our lives.
Kristin also serves as secretary of the New England Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (NEAOBA), where she helps lead alpaca shows, seminars, and community outreach. With midwife training under their belt, Brian and Kristin have even assisted with births on the farm—proving there’s no part of alpaca life they don’t embrace with care and dedication.
Whether you’re visiting our farm, seeing us at a festival, or wrapping yourself in one of our soft alpaca scarves, you’re supporting something truly special. We invite you to meet the alpacas, learn their stories, and experience the joy of Ledgecreek Farm—where every visit leaves a lasting impression.
