GoodShipp Alpaca Co.
Farm Overview
At GoodShipp Alpaca Co., we believe life is better with alpacas!
Nestled on 20 peaceful acres in Brooks,—just minutes from Louisville KY— our farm is home to a growing herd of alpacas, who provide not only soft, luxurious, sustainable fiber but also plenty of charm and character.
What started as a love for these gentle animals has grown into a family-run farm dedicated to breeding quality alpacas, producing premium fiber, and sharing the alpaca experience with our community. From cozy socks and handmade goods to raw and processed fiber, we take pride in creating value-added products that showcase the beauty and versatility of alpaca.
GoodShipp is more than fiber. It’s a place where people can connect—with the land, with animals, and with each other. Whether you’re shopping in our farm store, booking a private tour, or joining us for one of our agritourism events, our goal is to create memorable experiences that bring joy and warmth (literally and figuratively!). Whether you’re looking for a fun family-friendly activity, a unique Kentucky agritourism experience, or the perfect pair of cozy alpaca socks, we welcome you to come visit, shop, and connect with our herd. From our pasture to your doorstep, we’re passionate about raising happy, healthy alpacas and sharing all the goodness they bring.
If you’re a local Kentuckian or visiting the Louisville area, stop by and discover why alpacas are truly one of nature’s best!
