Learn why we raise alpacas – demonstrations of spinning\, felting\, knitting or weaving conducted throughout the day. Our gift shop is open so that you can find a unique alpaca or llama related item. \n• All tickets must be purchased online for specified entrance time\, and must be redeemed during that time. We do NOT mail tickets; you will check in upon arrival.\n• Wear shoes that are appropriate for the ranch – boots are highly recommended\, but at least wear closed-toed shoes.\n• Bring your camera! And your smile!\n• Strollers\, baby carriers\, walkers and canes are safe to use on the ranch\, but please remember that this is working ranch with uneven surfaces.\n• There are a limited number of reservations available per day.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 5th annual Alpaca Spring Fling\, sponsored by the Kentucky Alpaca Association!\nDiscover the fascinating world of alpacas\, learn about their care and fiber from the Kentucky farms that raise these amazing animals!\nVisitors can meet alpacas and llamas\, take selfies\, and shop for alpaca products and hand-crafted items.\nYou can also walk an alpaca through an enclosed obstacle course for only $5/person.\nThe event will be held outdoors in the Hardin County Fairgrounds livestock pavilion\, which is outside under cover.\nAdmission and parking are FREE. No pets please. Official Service Dogs welcome.
